Karina’s journey with SOFTSWISS began in 2017 when she joined as an Account Manager for the Game Aggregator. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Research Manager at another company. Through consistent excellence and dedication, Karina ascended from a Junior Account Manager to her current role as Deputy Team Lead for Account Managers.

Karina’s approach revolves around prioritising the needs, goals, and expectations of clients, enabling her to craft customised plans for their interactions with game providers. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, driving the implementation of new features that enhance the Game Aggregator’s functionality. By staying ahead of market trends and valuing client feedback, Karina ensures that the Game Aggregator remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving gambling industry.
