In her current role as Head of B2B Support and Operation at the Game Aggregator, Yauheniya oversees a team of more than 50 people in four teams responsible for connecting providers to clients, connecting new currencies, releasing provider games and much more.
Yauheniya’s contribution to leading her team has played a crucial role in the massive growth of the Game Aggregator over the last few years, reaching EUR 10 billion in monthly bets and winning international awards such as SiGMA Europe Awards 2023, EGR B2B Awards, and more.
In her previous work experience, she led teams in companies such as Biglion and YandexGo, where she left a significant mark and established herself as a leader.
When Yauheniya joined SOFTSWISS, her team consisted of only three people, and her priority task was to build a training system. The team grew eightfold and now provides our clients with the highest quality service, satisfying their needs even before they arise.
Yauheniya also finds time to pursue her Executive MBA at Robert Kennedy College/University of Cumbria, care for her two dogs, and help stray animals.
