Olga Ivanchik

Olga Ivanchik’s career is marked by a blend of diverse education and significant career achievements. With a Master of Design from Belarusian State University and a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management Entrepreneurship from Belarusian National Technical University, she embarked on a versatile career path. As CEO and CG Artist, she founded an interior design studio in 2013, showcasing her skills in communication, project management, and client services over six years. Her work spanned Belarus, Russia, Italy, and the USA, winning competitions and contributing to the Belarusian Design Week.

In 2020, Olga enhanced her skills with Business Analysis and Agile courses at ITMINE, focusing on risk management and project leadership. Her role as Project Manager at SOFTSWISS since July 2020 marked a significant phase, where she applied her academic and practical experience to lead business strategies and team development. She progressed to Head of WebStudio, demonstrating her ability as a dynamic leader capable of integrating design, technology, and business strategy. Olga’s journey highlights her adaptability and strategic leadership in navigating complex domains.
