Before joining SOFTSWISS, Valeria gained experience in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing, and event management. She worked on news, analytical articles, interviews, case studies, media monitoring, and creative concepts, bringing a broad communications background to her role.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Management and a master’s degree in Management, with a focus on mass events management. This combination of PR, media, and event experience gives her a practical and structured approach to brand communication.
