SOFTSWISS Referral System Drives 6,000 New Players in One Month in 2026

SOFTSWISS has shared the first performance results of the Referral System, a built-in feature of the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform. It has already helped operators acquire 6,000 players in one month from the launch and reduce acquisition costs by over one million euro.

The Referral System turns existing players into an acquisition channel. A player generates a unique referral code inside the casino, shares it with others, and earns bonus money when a new player registers and deposits. The entire process runs within the Casino Platform: no separate landing pages, tracking links, or third-party tools are needed.

Operators define the reward conditions: bonus amounts for registration and deposit milestones, minimum deposit thresholds, and wager requirements. Once set up, the system runs on its own. Players can track their referral results directly in the casino, keeping them engaged beyond regular gameplay.

More than half of the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform clients have already connected to the Referral System. The most active operator generated up to 6% of total site traffic through referrals alone, with no paid media spend.

For operators, the value goes beyond cost savings. Referrals add an effective word-of-mouth channel that works alongside existing marketing. A player who joins on a friend's recommendation already trusts the brand and is more likely to stay and deposit.

Operators can track every referral on the Referrals page in the Casino Platform back office. The page shows which codes were used, whether referred players met the reward conditions, and how much bonus money has been claimed. This gives retention and CRM teams a clear view of how the channel performs over time.

The Referral System results follow a series of product updates across the SOFTSWISS portfolio. Among recent launches is the Prediction Markets Platform, a new B2B solution that enables online casino and sportsbook operators to enter the fast-growing category of event-based wagering.
