SOFTSWISS has launched two new tournament features within its Game Aggregator’s back office: the Tournaments Report and Instant Tournaments. Together, they help operators run campaigns and measure their results with greater precision.
Tournaments Report: Full Campaign Visibility in One View
Tournament data spans campaigns, player segments, and timeframes – and the deeper the operation, the more complex that picture becomes. The Tournaments Report solves this by consolidating all key metrics in a single view. Operators can now compare campaigns, understand player behaviour, and adjust strategies without switching between tools.
Built around everyday operator tasks, the report covers:
- Campaign planning – list tournaments for any period and spot performance trends to shape future campaigns
- Format comparison – filter by mechanic to see which formats drive the strongest player activity and GGR
- Market analysis – use currency breakdowns to compare results across regulated markets and adjust prize structures
Game and provider performance – find which titles and studios work best in tournaments and build campaigns around proven content.
The new feature also shortens the path from data to action. Operators can open tournament settings or download leaderboards straight from the report, removing the extra steps that slow down campaign management.
Instant Tournament: a Faster, More Competitive Format
Instant Tournaments are a new mechanic where players race to hit a target multiplier instead of collecting points over time. The first to reach it wins.
Operators set the target multiplier and the number of winners. A live progress ruler keeps competition visible throughout, and consolation prizes can be added to keep more players engaged until the end. Instant Tournaments close automatically once all winning spots are taken, adding an element of unpredictability that sharpens competition.
The Tournaments Report and Instant Tournaments add to a series of recent product updates across the SOFTSWISS portfolio. Recently, the B2B provider also introduced the Prediction Markets Platform – a fixed-odds solution that lets operators offer event-based wagering on real-world events in politics, economy, and technology.
