Volha Halota joined SOFTSWISS in 2023 as a PR Manager and moved into the Employee Communications Specialist role in 2025. She brings a background in economics, international affairs, and public-sector communications.
Volha holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing (Academy of Public Administration) and a Master's degree in the field of International Economy (Belarusian State Economic University).
In 2012, she started working at the Ministry of Trade before later moving to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade as Press Secretary. There, she worked on a communications project that was later described by non-governmental media as one of the most humane among government bodies.
When she is not working, Volha enjoys one of her passions – photography.
