Time with SOFTSWISS: 2014 – 2025

From his early days at SOFTSWISS as the head of its player-facing support services to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer in July 2022, Vitali was a catalyst for operational efficiency. He was a driving force behind one of SOFTSWISS’ core values – exceptional service.

As COO Vitali supervised company-wide business operations, coordinating key initiatives and strategising with the product and account teams. This is where Vitali integrated his strong leadership with an acute understanding of the iGaming landscape.

Vitali mainly focused on self-learning and iGaming. He had been part of the teams behind some of the most significant poker communities in the CIS. Vitali successfully balanced a people-focused approach with annual operational results. Vitali stepped down as COO in summer 2025.
