Carla Dualib

Carla Dualib was one of the first women to work and achieve success in the sports marketing industry in Brazil and joined the SOFTSWISS team in 2023 as a Business Manager for Brazil.

Her presence in the company guarantees a strategic vision and a strong network in the Brazilian market. Since joining SOFTSWISS, she has immersed us in Brazilian culture and actively participated in numerous meetings and events.

She studied Industrial Design at Mackenzie, did a postgraduate degree in Advertising at ESPN, and went on to do an MBA in Business with an emphasis in Marketing at FIA. She also studied in London, Bournemouth and NY for short periods.

Carla’s career has over 28 years of work experience. She started working for worldwide advertising companies until she became Marketing Director of a Sports Marketing Group. Then she founded her own advertising and sports and entertainment company where she had client like Nike. In 2016 she moved to IT start-ups, where she achieved excellent results that led her to cross paths with Olga Resiga, and become Business Manager Brazil for SOFTSWISS.

Carla is always actively looking for projects that promote women’s value in the workforce, participating as a guest speaker at AI for Good – at the UN, where she sought resolutions using innovation and data to minimise violence against women. Her greatest success is her three children, Paula, Andre and Bruna, the loves of her life.
