Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Translation from São Judas Tadeu University and a degree in Communication Therapy from Voz do Ser, Victória’s professional journey spans technical and marketing content as well as translation and localisation, always with a focus on making communication clear, engaging, and culturally relevant.
She began her career in project management and text editing at a national agency, later became a freelance translator, copywriter, and proofreader, and eventually founded her own communications consultancy company. Most recently, before joining SOFTSWISS, she spent over three years as Senior Editor and Copywriter, doing off-page SEO editing and producing financial copy for blogs, websites, and marketing materials serving clients across the US, UK, South Africa, and Canada.
