Pavel Mikhalenia

Pavel, or Pasha as he is better known, is an enthusiastic and motivated person who joined SOFTSWISS at the beginning of 2023 to bring added vitality to the PR & Events Team. Thanks to his skills and hard work, he has become a key player in the company’s communication.

Pavel’s first step in building his career was a degree in Communication at the BSU from 2013 to 2017. Then, he completed his knowledge with additional courses in public relations, creativity, and digital marketing. 

He worked in several communication agencies as a PR Specialist. He promoted a new School of Robotics as a Brand Manager, and he even co-founded and co-managed a digital agency. His main achievements include training more than fifty people as specialists in social media and launching two social projects.

Pavel has already proven all his value in the time he has been with SOFTSWISS as PR Manager. His work is integral to brand communication, press releases, event preparation, and much more, which he brings to his day-to-day work. Pavel has significantly influenced in brand recognition that SOFTSWISS has achieved.
