Pavel Kashuba, a graduate in Finance and Credit from the Belarusian State Economic University with further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science, began his professional career in the banking sector. Over seven years at Priorbank JSC (Raiffeisen Group, Belarus), he progressed from financial analyst in risk management to corporate client relationship manager, developing deep expertise in institutional finance, credit risk and cross-border banking operations. With insights gained from the traditional financial world, Pavel transitioned into private equity and cross-border investment management. Pavel directed financial strategy for a technology and payments group operating across multiple European markets. This experience at the intersection of finance and technology laid the foundation for what would become his defining venture.
