Usually you spin the reels in the slot, but in the Elements: the Awakening the symbols seemingly flow in space. This process may remind you an avalanche. If a winning combination is formed the symbols will blow up and vanish to make room for other falling symbols. 4 or more consecutive Avalanches activate one of the Free Fall modes.
The Avalanche meter in the main game raises by 1 for each following fall which contains at least 1 bet line win up to a maximum of 4 Avalanches. The color on the Meter corresponds the dominant element in the present round.
Wild symbols can substitute all other symbols in the game. The wild symbols serve to create a winning combination. Wild symbols may appear in the main game only on the reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. The Wild pays the highest possible win on a bet line.
There are 4 Free Falls Storm for every of the 4 elements. If Free Falls Storm mode is triggered you win 10 additional free spins. Every mode has its particular wilds. When one of the Free Falls mode is triggered, their particular Wilds will show up to substitute all other symbols.
You will see the Energy Meter in the main game. It is divided into 4 different parts. The Energy Meter shows the dominant element. The part of the Energy Meter with the most energy displays which Free Falls mode is triggered. Every new game round starts with an empty Energy Meter.
— Fire storm wild symbols emerge on columns 2, 3 and 4 in Fire Storm mode. They can extend to columns 1 and 5. Fire storm wild symbols can expand in any way and change any two contiguous symbols into Wild symbols to make the chances of big winnings higher.
— 2 Air Storm Wild symbols fall in a random manner on the columns in the 1st Free Fall and they stay there for the whole mode. After the 1st fall, the Wild symbols go to a neighbouring position for every fall or avalanche.
— Earth Storm Wild symbols may show up in the mode on columns 2, 3 and 4. They stay on the columns until they are involved in 1 or more winning lines, in 3 Avalanches or until there are no more wins.
— Water Storm Wilds symbols can emerge on columns 2, 3 and 4 in the Water Storm mode. The Water Storm Wild can expand vertically to fill in the whole column and to change the symbols into wilds.
