Belgium-licensed Supergame relaunches with SoftSwiss

In our Year in Review we boasted of entering the Belgian regulated market with a new project and now is the time to share the details.

Early last December SoftSwiss debuted with the long-anticipated project – Supergame.be, brought to market by a popular land-based casino operator in Belgium and the Netherlands. The project required extensive customization of the platform and integration with third-party services prior to launch in order to meet requirements set forth by Belgian legislation.

With Supergame being a B+ online arcade license holder, we expanded our gaming portfolio with Dice-themed game content from notable providers Gaming 1, Airdice, NYX, Ezugi and EGT for full compliance.

What is more, we facilitated integration with the tax authority’s Excluded Persons Information System, which cross-checks players’ National Registration Numbers with an excluded person database. This marks a significant step in combating gambling addiction as well as restricting play for minors.

The well-received SoftSwiss Bonus System became one of the strong points for the new Supergame website. The system makes an emphasis on configurable inputs that can be hand-picked to craft unique bonus conditions. Besides the common bonus types (deposit bonuses, free spin packages, cashback) it is possible set up limited-time offers that only become available to players that meet certain conditions, or those that promote a specific game provider.

This powerful bonus system was further updated to include a new set of parameters without turnover requirements. The operator also made extensive use of weekly tournaments and in-platform lottery ticket purchase features for maximum diversity.

To make payments easier for Belgian players we integrated payment solutions from HiPay and Docdata. They support local credit cards, mobile payment and other options. In addition to that, Supergame became the first Belgian online casino to implement Bitcoin payments via Cubits.

Industry-favoured business intelligence and analytics tool, Optimove, was also integrated on-demand for the experienced operator, a further sign that SoftSwiss is open and willing to collaborate with third party services that have a high chance of driving the business forward.

SoftSwiss would like to express its gratitude to the operator for their undying support and thank all team members involved in making the project come to fruition. We are extremely happy to have a seasoned partner such as Supergame on board with SoftSwiss.
