We prefer to use Iterative methodology for project development. The project is divided into two-week iterations which go through a full software development cycle, from requirements analysis to planning, design, coding and testing. At the end of each iteration, the client provides feedback on the work performed and notifies the team about the changes to be introduced. A plan for the next iteration is developed and approved.

The iterative approach allows great flexibility as the team size and structure may be adjusted according to the project changing goals to provide the most effective workload. Regular reviews and frequent deliveries make sure that the project fully meets client’s expectations. Even at a very early development stage, when a minimal scope of critical functionality is implemented, the client gets a working version of the project to show to the project stakeholders or go live.
